Although the availability of the covid vaccine has people breathing easier, the lockdown isn’t over yet.  The world is slowly reopening, yet many are still willingly staying home.  Nothing wrong with that, as everyone has different comfort levels.  Although I do go out, I’ve been catching up on my reading and organizing my new place, and binge watching past Start Trek Deep Space Nine & West Wing episodes.  Being at home more hasn’t been all bad, that’s for sure.  It’s taught me how to relax and be comfortable in my own space and skin.  I’ve enjoyed not running from one thing to the next, but slowing down and thinking more.

What about you?  Have you finished all your home projects yet?  Did you take a look at all the hobbies that ever caught your eye?  Specifically, what about dancing?  When we can fully dance all over again, will you know (or remember) how?  Or do you just read my emails, but never actually dance with me (either online or in person)?

Here’s the perfect opportunity to check out this skill of line dancing from your home, with NO COMMUTE in the snow required.  Introducing TWO For TWO:  learn TWO entry-level line dances in TWO 30-minute lessons with me, online (one dance per lesson) for only $2.  It’s the perfect way to experience my teaching style and see if it resonates with you.  I’ll walk you through virtual learning, which is admittedly not the same as learning in-person – but you can dance in your pajamas, so it’s not all bad!  The links for the two pre-recorded lessons will be included in your receipt.  Simply click on them and download them to your computer, and instantly transform your living room into a dance classroom! Order TWO For TWO at  SUCH A DEAL!

If you are ready for in-person line dance lessons, I’m partnering with my daughter Katie’s dance studio, and teaching Beginner line dancing on Thursday evenings at Heart & Sole in Joliet (near 355 & 80).  We plan to start this Thursday, February 4th, from 7:00 – 8:00 pm; the 3000 sf dance floor is the best in the area!  Please visit for more details, including registration information.

Stay warm, welcome to February, and as always, I hope to see you on the dance floor soon!

Love ya!
